I am a beverage consultant that creates unique drinking experiences for bars, restaurants and beverage brands.

While data is critical, I strive to go beyond the numbers and delve deeper into the underlying currents, challenges, and issues faced by the hospitality industry by looking at the past, the present and  the future.

By synthesizing data, market trends, and the overall pulse of the industry, I develop innovative initiatives that are not only powerful and effective, but speak to the brand's ethos. My ultimate goal is to help them stay ahead of the curve and succeed in an ever-evolving market.

My name is Kim Haasarud

As an award-winning mixologist and beverage consultant, I've had the privilege of creating hundreds of cocktails and programs for clients around the world.

I've worked with a variety of clients, ranging from large-scale restaurant and hotel groups to cruise lines and boutique restaurants. Throughout my career, I've maintained a creative, innovative, and progressive approach that prioritizes each client's unique needs and goals.

 As a beverage consultant, my focus is on helping clients see the broader landscape and plan for the future with a clear vision in mind. I provide guidance and support in envisioning and implementing initiatives, promotions, competitions, and other strategies to stay ahead in the ever-evolving world of beverages. Together, we can identify and seize new opportunities to drive growth and success.

 We pride ourselves on having our finger on the pulse of current trends.  As a national and global judge for spirit and cocktail competitions and traveler, we get to see the best of the best along with flavors and techniques that are coming down the pipeline years before they hit mainstream.  But they are often signals of where the industry is headed.

Understanding current trends and large scale operations is our sweet spot.  From designing a standout signature cocktail to crafting a comprehensive beverage program to designing a bar, I offer expert guidance and support every step of the way.
