Milkshakes (Adult and Non-Alc) are the natural place we see cereals in drinks, but we're also still seeing cereal infused into cocktails in super creative ways and in some "not so expected" classic cocktails.

The "Fruity Gin Fizz" is a riff on a Ramos Gin Fizz made with a fruit loop infused gin.)
Fruit Loop Infused Gin
2 cups fruit loops (can also use Fruity Pebbles)
1, 750ml bottle of gin
Pour the gin and cereal into a container and stir well. Let sit for about 10-15 minutes and stir again. Strain through a fine strainer or chinois.
Fruity Gin Fizz
1.5 oz Fruit cereal infused gin
1 oz heavy cream
1 egg white
1 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Combine all the ingredients (except the club soda) in mixing tin. (If you have a spindle blender, blend on HIGH for 10 seconds.) Add ice and shake for 25 seconds. Strain a highball glass. Slowly add the club soda. Garnish with fruit cereal.
